Shipping
In-stock, standard orders are shipped by Priority Mail the next business day after they are received. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Personalized and custom orders are placed in our production schedule, and you are notified by email of an estimated shipment date.

Duties or Import Fees, if any, are the responsibility of the addressee.

Returns and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available for standard in-stock items only. Personalized, custom work, and special orders are not refundable. Please send an email or call (813) 892-2961 for return authorization. Cancellations are accepted prior to your order being processed. Please contact Customer Service by email or call (813) 892-2961 to cancel an order.

Orders that have already been engraved or special orders may be subject to a cancellation fee.
